We encourage you to reserve your event at least 2 weeks in advance. Please call to check available dates.
A non-refundable $150 deposit (for mobile events) is required to reserve all dates/times and in order to start your party planning process.
Deposit due at time of booking. Deposits are made via paypal, cash,check or money order. Final payment is due the day of the event (prior to start of birthday party) paid in CASH only. No exceptions.
We are more than happy to accommodate your last minute guests. However, please note that additional guests are to be paid for in cash when we arrive or we cannot service your additional guests.

Additional Happy Faces by TP Party Hostess Fees:
MOBILE EVENTS ONLY
Parties of 11-15 guests will require an additional hostesses. (charge $25.00) 4 Hostesses.
Final Headcount is confirmed 3 days prior to the event. Please confirm guest list. You will be responsible for all guests confirmed at final headcount.
It is not expected but certainly appreciated.
Happy Faces BY TP package include l travel with in a 50 miles radius of the Raleigh Area (07660).
If you are over the 50 mile radius of Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660.
Each additional mile is $1.00 per mile.
(round trip travel) 100 miles plus round trip is negotiable.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration.
Happy Faces BY TP reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Happy Faces BY TP As a host of an Happy Faces BY TP you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Happy Faces BY TP. for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests.
• All Cakes and Cupcakes need to be ordered 2 weeks prior to party date. We can not guarantee.
• availability if ordered after that.
• We are not responsible for food allergies. Our products do not contain peanuts but we can not guarantee this. It is your responsibility to determine if a guest has an allergy.
THE DAY OF THE BIRTHDAY PARTY
• Arrival Time:
Our party staff will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to each birthday party for setup.
Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival.
Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access; we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your birthday party!
• We will need a sink area in order to continue to fill and refill the spa bowls.
In addition to cleaning up our equipment after the party, our party team makes every attempt to protect your surfaces with slip covers and towels during the birthday party.
We are not responsible for cleaning costs incurred by damages from party guests.
